Exterior

1.            Paint house  - dark gray with white trim and a red door (Ooo!  Ahhh!)

2.            Replace front door and hardware – something that lets light in

Entryway

3.            Pull up vinyl and paint floor

4.            Replace current “artwork” (my attempt at modern art with paint chips)

5.            Replace light fixture

Entryway Closet

6.            Paint fun color inside

7.            Organize!

8.            Replace door hardware

The family/self 101

Wow, it was a little harder than I thought to come up with a full 101 things.  Here is the list.  I'm sure it will be a work in progress.  Some of the things will be done shortly.  We already have Maddie enlist in a bunch of classes.  Some things will definitely be more difficult (my prebaby weight is looking pretty far away right now).  Even still, I think this list is worth it.  It will keep me focused on what is important - friends, family, education, creation - and less on what is not - buy, buy, buy! 

Day Zero

Well, here we are.  The first day of blogging, or what I’m terming “Day Zero.”  Since having a month off from school my mind is going crazy with projects and activities.  It is killing my husband.  He is probably begging for school to start so I’ll stop making him pick up furniture and build shelves and move this and carry that.  Everyday he comes home and something is different.  Don’t worry honey.  Only a couple more days and I won’t have time for anything but to eat, sleep, study, and care for the girlies.  :)
